Once again, Ashland Berry Farm received the “People’s Choice Award” at the 2012 Maymont Flower and Garden Show in Richmond, VA. Included in the display, designed and created by Ashland Berry Farm was a Pergola, an Outdoor Great Room with a fire place, a very cool Tiki Bar, paver walkways, twelve water falls, landscape and, of course, beautiful, soft and elegant landscape lighting provided by Outdoor Lighting Perspectives-Richmond.
Visitors are attracted annually to the Ashland Berry Farm Exhibit, and are always amazed at the beauty of the area and the wonderful features contained throughout the exhibit. This year was no exception as Ken Gustafson and his team always try to outdo themselves year after year. The Landscape Lighting Design created by Clay Johnston, owner of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives – Richmond, included 75 lights in a 75’ x 75’ area. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives – Richmond used traditional 12 volt low-voltage quartz halogen landscape lighting fixtures, 24 volt Ceramic Metal Halide Fixtures and this year, introduced their new warm white LED landscape lighting fixtures. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives – Richmond is honored to be part of the Ashland Berry Farm Exhibit annually by creating night time scenes which are uniquely different than what can be seen at the other garden exhibits at the Maymont Flower and Garden Show.
